After training support: how to make the process efficient

In Katon-Karagay district court of East Kazakhstan region organized the training of court employees on access and opportunities for online services and the services of the judiciary authorities.

During after training studies held in the format of "question-answer" and repeating fragments of the previous training were assessed the degree of assimilation of knowledge and the effectiveness of these workshops.

Over the past three months in Katon-Karagay district court by the online service "Judicial office" has received 19 applications.

Parties involved have confirmed the convenience and usefulness of "Judicial office", and also offered trainings on the practical study of the opportunities offered and other online services of the judiciary authorities.
