In the Academy of Justice began a new school year

September 1, 2016 began the new school year in the Academy of Justice under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It was created by decree of the Head of State, pursuant to the 18th step of the Plan of the Nation "100 specific steps - the modern state for everyone" in order to strengthen the relationship of learning and jurisprudence. Academy is given the special status of the higher education institution. This is the only university in Kazakhstan educational institution offering specialized training for reserve judges, as well as the training of judges and the judiciary.

In the new academic year, 60 people have become undergraduates of the Academy.

At present the Academy is equipped with highly professional teaching staff. In addition to the educational process, in addition to scientists, are actively involved in acting judges of the Supreme Court.

Teaching Master's plan in the new Academy is based on curricula leading foreign universities, specializing in the training of judges, as well as taking into account the current needs of the country's judicial system. Among the disciplines included in the curriculum, it should be noted, such as the "Anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan", "Legal Conflict and Mediation", "Summary legal proceedings", "A review of corporate disputes by the courts", "Judicial protection of intellectual property" and others.

In the Academy strengthened work on the organization of industrial practice. An effective partnership build with the courts of Astana for the integrated practical training in all areas of specialization of courts, as well as the consolidation of judges mentors for undergraduates.

The matters of international undergraduates’ internship of Academy are studied. So, already tried and tested practice of training for the passage of the French School of Magistrates, the German School of Administrative Sciences of Speyer, the Royal Institute of Public Administration (The Netherlands), the University of California at Berkeley (USA), the Turkish Academy of Justice "Adilet".

The Academy consists of three structures – University postgraduate education, Center for retraining and advanced training of the judges and judicial staff, as well as the Research Centre.
