In the WKR a former policeman was fined for falsification of evidence of an administrative offense in the amount of more than three million tenge

The Uralsk city court of the West Kazakhstan region found a former policeman A.Tashaev guilty of an committing of offense stipulated by paragraph 1-2 of Article 348 of the Criminal Code in the edition of 1997 (falsification of evidence of an administrative offense).

Former police officer is imposed a punishment in the form of a fine in the amount of 200 MCI (KZT 3.704 million), and deprivation of the right to hold positions in law enforcement for a period up to 3 years.

According to the criminal case file, A.Tashaev working police officer of the road patrol police battalion of Uralsk MIA, with the aim to achieve positive results in the work, has made a report on administrative offense under part one of Article 336 of the Administrative Code against A. about the alleged fact of her drinking alcoholic drinks in a public place.

On the basis of the administrative case A. was illegally included in the statistical reporting database as a person brought to administrative responsibility.

The defendant and the prosecutor of Uralsk concluded a procedural agreement in the form of a plea bargain. The defendant agreed with the requirements specified in the agreement and admitted charged his guilt in accusation presented.
