In Uralsk they discussed matters of social development and their solutions using the possibilities of mediation

In Uralsk there was a "round table" on: "Actual issues of social development and methods of their solutions using the possibilities of mediation."

The chairman of the judicial division for criminal cases of the West Kazakhstan Regional Court Mirambek Nagashybaev, the judge of the regional court Erlan Idirov, who presented the reports, non-governmental organizations, law enforcement and government agencies, as well as mediators of the region and media took part in the event.

"Round table" was organized for the purpose of implementation of the national project in the framework of the state grant "The use of mediation to resolve social issues and the preservation of stability and harmony in society" Center of Civil Initiatives Support and the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and civil society.

Director General of Legal Entities "Association of mediators of Kazakhstan" Zhandilda Zhakupov noted that the project is aimed at detecting, preventing and identifying solutions to urgent social problems via the use of mediation opportunities and the development of dialogue platforms and mechanisms for effective partnership between the state and NGOs, based on a constructive positive dialogue to strengthen unity of the people and the preservation of social consensus.

In the course of the meeting, participants presented a social project, explained its goals and objectives.

Organizers of the event said that the aim of the "round table" is to discuss social problems and search for ways to resolve them with the use of mediation mechanism with the involvement of local authorities communities resources, the creation of a permanent platform for dialogue to resolve the current issues of socio-economic development, to attract non-professional and professional mediators, public activists, recognizable and best-respected in the community, to resolve disputes and disagreements.
