The Supreme Court held a seminar on the organization of documents in the courts

The seminar was held via video conferencing for employees of the court offices of Akmola, East Kazakhstan and Pavlodar regions.

The training is aimed at providing practical assistance in the organization of document management, including in electronic format through the automated information and analytical system of the judiciary "Torelik".

Within the framework of the seminar, the issues of record keeping, including the appeals of individuals and legal entities, reliability, timeliness and completeness of filling in accounting documents were raised. Skills of work with functions of "Judicial office", on the Automated distribution of cases, audio - and video fixing of court sessions are explained. Particular attention is paid to the timeliness of the application of judicial acts for execution, the issuance of writs of execution and the direction of court documents to the parties and interested parties. They also talked about providing access to judicial information, including through Internet resources and information stands, the completeness and relevance of published information (samples of claims, complaints, details for payment of state duty, contact details, etc.), the provision of public services-apostille of official documents emanating from the judiciary.

As a result of the seminar, employees of the court offices were given explanations and recommendations on the elimination of violations.
