The remote participation of the prosecutor in the court session is provided via VCS in the South Kazakhstan Region

Having considered the case of an administrative offense against S., the District Court No. 2 of the Maktaaral district found him guilty under part 1 of Article 434 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

It was found in the court session that on September 15 this year at about 2pm, S. walking along one of the streets of Myrzakent, Maktaaral district, insulted obscene language and pestered G. His actions are qualified in part 1 of Article 434 of the Administrative Offenses Code (disorderly conduct) by the authorized bodies.

Consideration of this ordinary case is noteworthy for ensuring participation of the prosecutor from Zhetysai in it, which is 35 km from Myrzakent, where the case was being examined via videoconferencing.

The court amerced fined S. to 22,690 tenge (10 MCI) according to part 1 of Article 434 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
