South Kazakhstan Regional Court

A procedure of signing a Memorandum of Mutual Cooperation in the sphere of Development of Conciliation Procedures was held in the Specialized Inter-District Juvenile Court of the South Kazakhstan region.

A judge of the Regional Court Nurlan Bibolov participated in the event.

The Memorandum is aimed at reducing disputes and resolving them in the order of pre-trial settlement and expanding the application of conciliation procedures in court.

The judges, prosecutors and lawyers discussed topical issues of the application of the Civil Procedure Code at the round table held in the format of the seminar in the South Kazakhstan regional court.

A lively exchange of views took place on the topic under discussion.

Having considered the case of an administrative offense against S., the District Court No. 2 of the Maktaaral district found him guilty under part 1 of Article 434 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Today in the South Kazakhstan regional court within the framework of the solemn event dedicated to the 25th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan they awarded the winners of the competition for the best journalistic work on the coverage of the courts activity. The event was organized by the South-Kazakhstan branch of the Union of Judges of the Republic pursuant to the objectives set in the Concept of interaction between courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the media.
