The regional court of SKR summarized the work for the first half-year of 2014

Today in South-Kazakhstan regional court under the chairmanship of the chairman of the regional court N. Sharipov there was an extended session of judges of the region on summarizing the work of courts on justice administration for the first half-year of 2014. The judge of the judicial board on criminal cases of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kurkbayev A., chairmen of judicial boards and judges, chief of the registry of the regional court, chairmen, judges and chiefs of registries of district and equivalent courts took part in the event. The chairmen of the regional court N.Sharipov opened the session, who told about the held work on provision of a timely and high-quality justice administration, protection of rights and legal interests of citizens and organizations by courts of the region. He marked an increased number (for 20%) of submitted for consideration by courts civil and criminal cases in comparison with an analogous period of the last year and improvement of the quality of case consideration in spite of increase of a load.             

Further the chairman paid attention of the present people to the fact that the quantity of settled disputes in the order of mediation in comparison with the analogous period of the last year increased for 4 times, and within the frames of a pilot project on introduction in to a civil judicial procedure of conciliation procedures with the participation of a judge (judicial mediation) judges of courts of the city Shymkent considered 49 civil cases. Chairmen of the board Z.Perniyaz and M.Balken made speeches at the session with reports about summary of the work of courts on justice administration, the chairman of the commission A.Kerimsheyev about the work for the first half-year on the judicial ethics, the judge of the regional court A. Sagyndykova about the held work for 6 months on consideration of complaints, which were submitted for actions of judges, chief of the registry of the regional court O.Leshtayev about the work of the registry of the regional court for the first half-year. The judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan A.Kurkbayev spoke with the report after that before the present audience. He gave a positive assessment to the work of courts of the region and noted that «Within six months of 2014 98 % sentences, rendered on criminal cases and  97,5 % judicial acts, brought in on civil cases were left without change and this indicator is higher than the average indicator on the republic ».
