The punishment for the stay of foreign citizens in the Republic of Kazakhstan without registration over the period

In Bukhar-Zhyrausky district court of the Karaganda region is considered a case on an administrative offense against the citizen of the Republic of Turkey.

On 15th of September, 2015 about 04.49 a.m. on the line of passport control of the airport "Sara Arch" was detained the citizen H. of Turkey who has broken terms of stay in the Republic of Kazakhstan without registration in law-enforcement bodies. Stay term taking into account violation made 11 days.  

On court session offender H. explained that entered the Republic of Kazakhstan on 30th of August, 2015. According to her rules of stay in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan were violated because of ignorance of the law. During a meeting she wasn’t given explanations on rules of stay of foreign citizens in the country.

Citizen H. of Turkey admitted her guilt and asked to commute a punishment and to reduce the penalty size taking into account that she has two juvenile children with whom she needs to take off back.

Taking into account that the offender realized deeds, sincerely repented, an offense made for the first time, the court considered possible to subject the citizen H. of Turkey to an administrative penalty in the form of a fine in the amount of 20811 tenge.
