In Bukhar-Zhyrausky district court of the Karaganda region is considered a case on an administrative offense against the citizen of the Republic of Turkey.

On 15th of September, 2015 about 04.49 a.m. on the line of passport control of the airport "Sara Arch" was detained the citizen H. of Turkey who has broken terms of stay in the Republic of Kazakhstan without registration in law-enforcement bodies. Stay term taking into account violation made 11 days.  

During the first half of 2015 the Specialized Administrative court of the Burabay district of the Akmola region considered the administrative cases against 59 foreign citizens. They admitted violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of migration. They are citizens of the Russian Federation, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia and China. With regard to the abovementioned citizens by the authorized body was drawn up records under Article 517 of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offences Code (transcript).

In Kyzylzhar district court of North Kazakhstan region held a roundtable discussion on "Discussion of the new Administrative Offences Code." The event was attended by employees of prosecutors, enforcement bodies, bailiffs, employees of the tax administration, justice, and the mass media representatives
