On the innovations in administrative legislation

In Specialized Inter-district Administrative court of Karaganda city held "round table" to explain the new Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offences.

In the work the "round table" took part the chairman of the Specialized Inter-district Administrative Court of Karaganda city K.Imashev, deputy head of the Internal Affairs of Karaganda city A.Orazbaev, chief administrative practices DAP IA of Karaganda city A.Sabitov, judges, chiefs of police and commanders subdivision units of road field officer.

During the event, is discussed the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offences, which will enter into force on 1 January 2015 and aims to update and modernize the administrative legislation, improving the protection of citizens and the interests of the state from illegal encroachments.

At the same time, it is touched issues upon the application of the updated Code of Administrative Offences in law enforcement courts and other authorities.

After an exchange of views, the participants of the "round table" developed general measures on the interaction of state bodies in the further improvement of a unified law enforcement.
