In the specialized inter-district economic court of the Pavlodar region they considered a civil case on the legal claim of JSC "K" against LLP "G" about recovery of debts in the amount of 600 million tenge.

In the course of the trial, an agreement was reached between the sides on the settlement of the dispute (conflict) in the course of judicial mediation. According to the court ruling on the settlement of the dispute (conflict) in the course of judicial mediation, the defendant undertook to pay the debtor in the amount of 600,000,000 tenge until April 1, 2017.

In accordance with subparagraphs 1 and 2 of subparagraph 1 of Article 548 of the Tax Code, the amount of the state duty paid by the plaintiff in the amount of 18,000,000 tenge was returned to the claimant.
