In the metropolitan court there was a training seminar with participation of representatives of local executive authorities and non-governmental organizations, judges of district and equivalent courts on "Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women, and the political rights of women: the psychological aspect."

The chief inspector of akim - Secretary of the Commission for Women's Affairs, Family and Demographic Policy under the akimat of Astana Imangazinova R.A., director of LLP "Psychological Center" Keleshek ", member of the Commission on Women's Affairs, Family and Demographic Policy under the Akim  Astana, member of the Coordination Council for children's rights protection under UNICEF, the psychologist of the highest category Semenenko N.N., chairman of Public Association "Association of Kazakhstan Ayelderі" Astana Baymbetova G.A. took part in the event

The moderator of the event was the judge of the court of Astana Ramazanova A.K., who stressed the importance of solving the issue on gender equality.

The participants discussed the matters of discrimination against women, the family role in the formation of the idea of the inferiority or superiority of either of the sexes.

At the same time, practical exercises conducted to study the personal resources training participants in the development of gender equality in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

At the end of the training among the participants conducted questionnaires, and as noted by all respondents, the training conducted at a high level.
