The meeting with the military

Today the chairman of the Military Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan S.Abdullaev met with personnel of the Border Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The purpose of the meeting - the implementation of institutional reforms of the Head of State with regard to the rule of law of the Plan of the Nation "100 concrete steps”.

The Chairman of the court in his speech noted that the Plan of the Nation provides transformation of society and the state. One of the reforms concerns to the judicial system. There will be an optimization of the courts of the judicial system, namely, the transition to a three-tier system: the trial court - the District Court, Court of Appeals - the regional court and the court of cassation - the Supreme Court. These changes will help to simplify and speed up the proceedings.

During the meeting S.Abdullaev drew attention to the coverage of issues related to the introduction of audio-video fixation of all trials (AVF). This is one of the necessary steps to further modernization of the judicial system.

Introduction AVF litigation will have a positive impact on the behavior of persons participating in the hearing, discipline of judges, making them more careful approach to the preparation process, to conduct the process in compliance with the rules of judicial ethics and all the requirements of procedural law.

Concluding the meeting the military received answers to their questions. Leaders of the Border Service of the Committee of National Security of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the person D.Dilmanov thanked the Chairman of the court for the meeting, noting the importance taken by the Head of State changes in society.
