In Kostanay parents dispute about the order of communication with 2-year-old child settled in the order of participatory procedures

For a long time the former spouses couldn’t agree on the order of father's communication with his two old son. The guardianship and trusteeship of Kostanay did not help to resolve the situation. Schedule of communication father with the child, approved by the guardianship and trusteeship, repeatedly violated by both parties of the dispute, so that one of the parents filed an appropriate legal claim in court.

In the course of the preparation of a civil case to trial, and thanks to the assistance of lawyers’ qualified legal aid, parents settled the dispute and with regard to the interests of their child, have entered into a mutually acceptable agreement. 

Specialized inter-district juvenile court of Kostanay region has settled parents’ dispute about the procedure of communication with the child in the order of participatory procedures and terminated proceedings in the civil case.

Total for 2016 in the juvenile court of Kostanay region for the various categories of civil cases in connection with the settlement of a dispute between the parents terminated 54 cases, including 9 - terminated in connection with the settlement of amicable agreement, 43 - in connection with the settlement of the dispute by way of mediation and 2 - by way of participatory procedures.
