The Katon-Karagai District Court of the East Kazakhstan Region conducted a judicial trial

The Katon-Karagai District Court of the East Kazakhstan region conducted a judicial trial, where there invited convicts, in relation to whom the court imposed a punishment not related to deprivation of liberty. At the process they considered the criminal executive inspection on the replacement of the convict A. with punishment in the form of restriction of freedom to imprisonment.

The court, on the basis of the results of the case, satisfied the submission and A. for malicious evasion from serving the sentence and repeated violation of the duties imposed by the court, the previously imposed punishment in the form of restriction of liberty was replaced by a term that had not been served in the form of a real deprivation of liberty. A. was taken into custody in the courtroom.
