In Karaganda the court recovered from the father alimony for the maintenance of children

U. went to the district court No. 2 of the Kazybekbiy district of Karaganda with a legal claim on the recovery from I. the means for the maintenance of minor children.

In her legal claim, the plaintiff indicated that I. being the father of her two underage children does not render them material assistance.

The court, based on Article 138 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Marriage (Matrimony) and Family", issued a court order, according to which alimony was collected from I. in favor of U. in the amount of 1/3 of the earnings and other income of the debtor.

In accordance with Article 243 of the Civil Procedure Code, a court order has the force of an executive document and is subject to immediate execution.
