Judges of Karaganda discussed matters arising in the consideration of civil cases

The seminar was held in the district court No. 2 of the Kazybekbiy district of Karaganda city. Opening the meeting, Zhanna Seidalina, the chairman of the judicial division for Civil Cases of the Karaganda Regional Court, noted that this event is conducted in order to effectively ensure the rule of law.

In the course of the seminar they discussed matters arising in the consideration of civil cases on labor disputes on the recovery of a lump sum and cash, the sharing of the jointly acquired property, the recognition of failure to provide a response to the application within the prescribed legal time, illegal, acknowledgment of the donation transaction held if the transaction was made orally form, as well as appeal against the officers of the court actions and on housing relations.

The judges noted the importance of holding similar seminars to improve the quality of the administration of justice.
