In the Atyrau branch of the Central Communications Service under the President there was a briefing, during which the judges informed the journalists about the work of the VII Congress of Judges.

The delegates of the congress the chairman of the branch of the Union of judges E.Ubigaliev, the judge of the regional court R.Akkulova, chairman of the court №2 of Atyrau A.Tashenova, judge of Atyrau city court M.Sarimova were speakers at the briefing.

At the briefing E.Ubigaliev reported on held in accordance with the Plan of Nation reforms in the judiciary, raised questions at the Congress, adoption the Code of Judicial Ethics.

Speaking, R.Akkulova noted that the new Code of Judicial Ethics sets for acting judges and judges, who are in retirement, the ethical rules of conduct. "The Code is aimed at further strengthening the authority of the judiciary in matters of morality, raising the level of confidence of the population", - the judge said.

In turn A.Tashenova said that at the congress they discussed the innovations in the legislation, in particular the matters of participation of the public prosecutor according to the CPC.
