The implementation of new information systems

On July 19 of the current year, in the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held a meeting on the theme: "The implementation of new information systems."

The event was attended by the Head of the Department to ensure the operation of the courts under the Supreme Court of Kazakhstan Ispanov I.S., deputy chairman of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Office of Public Prosecutor of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mabiev E.K., representatives of SC "NIT", officials of the Department and Head of Office of the courts of Astana, Almaty and regions.

During the meeting, were discussed issues of modernization of information systems "Unified automated information - analytical system judiciary RK", subsystems accounting staff of the information system of the judiciary UAIAS, as well as the introduction of an internal portal of the Supreme Court.

Along with this were discussed issues of cooperation between the information systems of the Supreme Court and the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Office of Public Prosecutor.

The advantage of modernized information systems is a centralized database for the Republic, a convenient interface for users of the system, minimizing data entry through integration with external systems, process automation proceedings and personnel activities, reducing the cost of funds for its further support.

The implementation and use of modern technologies in the judicial system simplifies proceedings removes bureaucratic barriers minimizes contact members of the judiciary with the citizens, thereby reducing their exposure to corruption, saves time and money of citizens, to achieve maximum transparency and accessibility of the judicial system for the country's population.
