Identified the best judicial acts and records adopted in the state language

In Kyzylorda regional court within the State program for the development of the functioning of the state language, according to the plan of activities for 2014, in order to verify the quality of judicial acts taken in the state language, there was a contest "Best judicial act passed in the state language" between judges and "Best trial record prepared in the state language "between the registrars of the court.

In determining the best judicial acts and court records in the state language members of the competition committee checked the compliance of the submitted documents and spelling rules of spelling, correct use of legal terms.

According to the results of the contest in the nomination "The best judgment of the court, passed in the state language" was awarded a judge of specialized inter-district criminal court of Kyzylorda region Sabyrov Ashat Abbasovich,  in the nomination "The best court decision made in the state language" - a judge of Aral district court Kentbaev Darkhan Nesipbaevich, in the nomination "The best judgment, adopted in the state language" - a judge of specialized administrative court of Kyzylorda city Kozhantaev Shalkar Kenesbaevich.

In the nomination "The best trial record, on criminal cases prepared in the state language," the winner was the chief specialist - registrar of the trial of specialized inter-district court of Kyzylorda region Iztileuova Assyl Alpysbaevna, on civil cases is recognized as the best chief specialist - court registrar of Syrdarya district court Abdikarim Nurkhan Esengeldievich
