The forest warden of the East Kazakhstan region is convicted for commission of a corruption crime

Glubokovsky district court of EKR pronounced a sentence against the forest warden of "Malo-Ubinsky forestry" citizen V. Korobeynikov who committed a corruption crime.

Being the official who had the authority of representative of authority, the citizen V. Korobeynikov abusing the official position, persuaded the individual entrepreneur citizen B. Ivanov to giving bribe to the director of KSI "Malo-Ubinsky forestry".

The forest warden by deception received from the victim 795 000 tenge allegedly that his management, namely the director, will prolong the term of removal of the prepared wood. However he appropriated the transferred money. The director didn't know about these actions, about it V. Korobeynikov admitted on a consequence and court.

After receiving money V. Korobeynikov was caught red-handed by the staff of Agency for public service on corruption counteraction.

Fewer than two articles of the Criminal Code V. Korobeynikov is convicted by 3 years 2 months imprisonment, with confiscation of property. Lifelong deprivation of the right to hold certain positions and to be engaged in a certain activity, with serving of punishment in a penitentiary settlement of a general regime is imposed to him.

The sentence didn't enter into force.
