I congratulate you on the main national holiday of our country - the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan!

On 16th of December, 1991 the Kazakh people made a major step towards building a state - declared independence. Since that moment Kazakhstan and all Kazakhstan citizens have started an independent path of development.

Under the wise guidance of the Head of the State Nursultan Nazarbayev for a historically short period, our country was able to build a strong democratic, legal, and economic developed state. During the years of independence, we have overcome many difficulties with dignity, economic crises, international and regional challenges.

It is difficult to enumerate all our victories and achievements. I will mention only one of them - the new capital Astana, the pride of the republic and a true symbol of modern Kazakhstan. Today, we confidently go to a new goal around which all people of Kazakhstan are united – inclusion in the 30 most competitive countries of the world.

It is gratifying to note that all of its success, Kazakhstan has achieved based on the Constitution, the 20th anniversary of which we celebrate this year. It is a symbol of stability of the fundamental legal basis of the republic.

National judicial system is reliable support of the country. The judiciary of independent Kazakhstan ensures the rule of law, protection of rights and interests of its citizens. It is one of the main attributes of a modern state, a prerequisite for the functioning of the international system of law. On the development of the judicial system say visual indicators such as an increase of 39 positions in recent years on the indicator " Courts independence " in the Global Competitiveness Index and more than one million cases considered by courts each year.

In this holiday I wish peace and harmony, success, prosperity, well-being to you and your loved ones!

Let thrive and develop our sovereign Motherland - the Republic of Kazakhstan!
