The court in the North-Kazakhstan region collected from the employer in favor of the workers wages and compensation for unused leave

13 employees LLP "SBI-Agro from Tashkent" went to Kyzylzhar District Court of the North-Kazakhstan region with legal claims to recover from the employer the debt on the wage and compensation for unused leave, unpaid, in violation of the Labour Code requirements.

In the course of the trial, the plaintiff and the defendants submitted to the court an agreement to settle the dispute by way of mediation. Due to the fact that the terms of mediation agreement does not violate anyone's rights, freedoms and interests do not conflict with the Law, by the court decisions on a settlement agreement in order of mediation have been approved, and production ceased on cases.

With LLP "SBI-Agro from Tashkent" recovered arrears of wages in favor of employees in the total amount of 673 479 tenge.
