Chairman of the Atyrau regional court Margulan Bekturganov met with young judges of region courts. Also mentors of young judges and curators were invited at the meeting.

At the meeting M.Bekturganov gave assessment to key indicators of the region courts work, noting some improvement in the quality of judges’ work and the positive dynamics of the administration of justice by young judges.

Chairman of the Regional Court pointed out that young judge necessary knowledge of the law and the ability to organize a court hearing correctly. The mentoring system and mentoring helps to solve this problem.
