Chairman of the Atyrau regional court noted the APK work of the region in the active promotion of mediation

Akim of the region, chairman of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan  of Atyrau region N.Nogaev,  the leaders of ethno-cultural and religious communities, representatives of state bodies, political parties, members of regional and city maslikhats took part in the past XX session of Assembly of People of Kazakhstan of Atyrau region.

On behalf of the Atyrau regional court the chairman of the regional court Margulan Bekturganov and the judge of regional court Gulmira Isamberlieva took part in this event.

Speaking at the session, M.Bekturganov noted the importance of adopted in 2011 the Law "On Mediation", active work carried out in the framework of it in Kazakhstan, in particular, the activities of the International Center for Mediation. The same structure is created today in the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan.

"Assembly of People of Kazakhstan - a unique institution that promotes the establishment and approval of Kazakhstan's model of multi-ethnic society, which aims at strengthening inter-ethnic and inter-confessional accord. Since the signing of the law on mediation courts and the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan actively cooperate in order to implement the memorandum on cooperation ", - M.Bekturganov said.
