In Atyrau regional court in order to strengthen interaction in the comprehensive development of the mediation process was held a round table with participation of representatives of the prosecutor's office, internal affairs and mediation centers.

Moderator of the round table the chairman of the judicial division for criminal cases of Atyrau Regional Court T.Ualieva noted that the event is aimed at the realization of the fundamental constitutional principle of the social cohesion and political stability, addressing the most important issues of state life.

The Deputy Prosecutor of the region B.Saugabaev stressed that the institution of conciliation procedures, namely mediation, as a way of settling legal disputes is essential in public life.

"In this regard, the prosecutor's office is ready to fully support the work in this direction" - B.Saugabaev said.

Other speakers also drew attention to the need for widespread use of mediation in the investigation stage, especially criminal cases.

In order to successfully implementation the tasks of the Head of State in Plan of Nation's "100 concrete steps", the chairman of criminal division, the deputy prosecutor of the region, the head of Internal Affairs and directors of the office of mediation center signed a Memorandum on mutual cooperation.
