In the Central Council of the Union of judges there was a presentation of the draft of the new Ethical Principles Code and judges rules of conduct.
Judges of the Supreme Court Nurjan Kaipzhan, Tolebay Kozhan, members of the Central Council of the Union of judges, heads of regional branches of the Union of Judges took part in the discussion of the draft.
"Within the implementation of Unified State Plan of Action for the transfer to a new model of criminal law and criminal court proceedings improved the legislation on administrative offenses and the penal system continues massive retraining of judges.
Today the Supreme Court through videoconferencing with regional and equivalent courts held a video lecture on the topic: "The main provisions of the new Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on administrative offenses."
In Kyzylzhar district court of North Kazakhstan region held a roundtable discussion on "Discussion of the new Administrative Offences Code." The event was attended by employees of prosecutors, enforcement bodies, bailiffs, employees of the tax administration, justice, and the mass media representatives
In Pavlodar regional court continues work on study the new codes by judges of the region, as part of the Unified State Plan of Action for the transition to a new model of the criminal law and criminal justice, improved legislation on administrative offenses and penal enforcement system approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 9 April 2014.
In Specialized Inter-district Administrative court of Karaganda city held "round table" to explain the new Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offences.
In the work the "round table" took part the chairman of the Specialized Inter-district Administrative Court of Karaganda city K.Imashev, deputy head of the Internal Affairs of Karaganda city A.Orazbaev, chief administrative practices DAP IA of Karaganda city A.Sabitov, judges, chiefs of police and commanders subdivision units of road field officer.
In West Kazakhstan regional court held a workshop on the theme: "The main novellas of the new Criminal Code and Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan."
The event was attended by the judges of the regional, city and equivalent courts, as well as employees of prosecutors, internal affairs bodies, and the criminal-executive system.
