Today, in the Zhambyl regional court there was a press tour for representatives of the public and the media

The chairman of the Zhambyl regional court Alchinbaev Rustem Mirzakarimovich, Judge Coordinator of Media Relations Syzdykova Gulnar Kominternovna, chairman of the division for criminal cases of Zhambyl regional court Abidov Nurmuhammat Mahamatovich, chairman of the division for civil cases of Zhambyl regional court Rustembekov Zhomart Kauasovich and Head of Zhambyl Courts Administrator of the region Kulduysenov Abdizhami Abdrahmanovich met guests of the event.

The representatives of local executive bodies, prosecutors, the media, law enforcement, judicial authorities, veterans of the judiciary, NGOs, mediators, deputies of the regional maslikhat, lawyers and notaries, as well as representatives of youth organizations, teachers and students of Universities of Taraz city took part in the press tour.

Opening solemnly event, the chairman of the Zhambyl regional court R.Alchinbaev in his report focused on the positive results that have been achieved in the 25 years of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Over the years of Independence, the people of Kazakhstan have entered a new development path. In connection with the December 16, 1991 the historic Constitutional Law "On the State Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for the first time, our country gained de jure status of a sovereign state, recognized by the world community.

Republic during the years of its sovereign development has turned into one of the key states of Eurasia, whose opinion carries considerable weight in world politics. Kazakhstan has great prestige in the international arena, it is a member of 70 international organizations participated in many crucial for the international community socio-economic and political issues.

Also he spoke about the implementation of Plan of Nation in terms of judicial reform. In particular, it was noted that all the steps enshrined successfully implemented over the judicial system. Kazakhstan has moved from five to three-tier judicial system. This model proceeding meets all international standards. The main result of the reform - more rapid entry into force of court acts, with the exception of artificial delays in the process.

As a result of systematic ongoing work on the basis of 25 years, we can say that a full judicial system took place in Kazakhstan. It meets all the requirements of the rule of law and is able to fulfill its task of ensuring compliance with the Constitution and laws protect the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of citizens.

Chairmen of the division of Zhambyl regional court N.Abidov and Zh.Rustembekov in their speeches to the media talked about the advantages of mediation procedures and stopped on the statistical data on the administration of justice, according to which for the 10 months in 2016 the courts of Zhambyl region completed production of 26 059 civil cases, 901 civil proceedings terminated by way of mediation. 166, in order of participatory agreement 11 cases terminated with the application of a settlement agreement.

Since the beginning of the year was considered 10095 administrative of which with the participation of a mediator 135 cases against 135 persons.

In the courts of the region has received on consideration 1859criminal cases, of which the sentencing considered 1313 criminal cases against 1496 persons. With the jury considered 4 cases against 4 persons. 1450 persons convicted, including to real imprisonment 443 persons (30.5%) and 995 persons to the punishment not connected with isolation from society. 46 persons justified, which is 3.1% of the total number of persons in respect of which resulted in convictions.

185 criminal cases were considered with the participation of a mediator, of which the termination of the case for the reconciliation of the parties 155 cases.

Head of Courts Administrator of Zhambyl region A.Kulduysenov told on the application ІT technologies in the judicial system, a 100% equipping courtrooms by audio and video recording system of trials as a new form of service of civil servants of courts in the region.

Head of Information Technologies and Protection of Information Resources Courts Administrator of Zhambyl region M.Raimbekov demonstrated the guests the possibility of judicial office, systems audio and video recording of trials, the procedure for filing of appeals, the possibility of familiarization with the cases that are in the production of courts, talked about the possibilities of hybrid mail also conducted a visual process in on line with the institution 158/2 of the Criminal executive system of Zhambyl region.

At the end of the tour on the monitor were shown videos about the formation of the judicial system for 25 years of Independent Kazakhstan.
