The Senate elected new judges of the Supreme Court RK

On 30 May of the current year in the course of a plenary session of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan upon the recommendation of the country’s President N. Nazarbayev it was decided to dismiss from held positions judges of the Supreme Court RK Nikolay Mamontov and Nuriya Singaliyeva due to retirement.

In the course of the session the Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council B. Beknazarov noted that «For the time of working the judges N. Mamontov and N. Singaliyeva proved themselves as reputable and experienced judges. They fulfilled their obligations at a high level».

At the same time deputies of the Senate of the Parliament RK unanimously supported candidates of S. Abdrakhmanov and M. Zhangutinov for positions of judges of the Supreme Court RK. Their work experience in positions of judges of local courts, as well as qualification and professionalism were marked.
