On the introduction of a single form of clothing for the court employees

Within the framework of the online-survey aimed at identifying the level of satisfaction of citizens with affordable and quality courts work, the respondents among other proposals, noted the need for the introduction of a single uniforms for court staff.

In order to implement the citizens proposals recognized valid after discussion in the Supreme Court, it is designed uniforms sketch in muted colors with stripes, allowing to distinguish the court employee from trial participants. In the pilot mode uniforms already secured court secretaries and court staff, conducting reception and registration of documents in the courts of Aktobe, Almaty and Mangistau regions. The rest of the work to provide court staff by uniforms continues. It is considering the issue of the providing of courts employees by single uniforms in all regions on a regular basis.

It is remarkable that this measure is implemented without additional costs from the state budget.

The single dress code meets the requirements of the external appearance of public servants, strengthens labor discipline, forming in the public consciousness of respect for the judiciary and, in general, to the justice system.

As previously reported, the electronic opinion poll conducted by the Supreme Court in relation to Plan of  Nation "100 concrete steps" online poll were covered by the trial participants: the plaintiffs, defendants, brought to the liability persons, lawyers, prosecutors, representatives of state bodies, as well as other persons registered on the service "Judicial office" of the Internet resource of the Supreme Court.
