Front office opened in al-Farabi district court of Shymkent

Chairman of the Supreme Court Zhakip Asanov and Akim of Shymkent Yerlan Aitakhanov held the opening ceremony of the front office of the al-Farabi district court.

The event was attended by Chairman of the Shymkent city court Yerbol Rakhimbekov, judges, head of the court Administrator Nursultan Baytilesov, prosecutors, lawyers and mediators.

Zh. Asanov, speaking, noted the effectiveness of front offices operating in the courts of the republic. Today, front offices have been opened in almost 66 courts, and 70 more will be opened by the end of the year. Taking into account that there are only 316 buildings of district and city courts in the country, this work will be completed in early 2020. "In view of the effectiveness of the project, the 5-day period provided for by the algorithm, which was given to the reconciliation of the conflicting parties, was extended to a month",                     Zh. Asanov said.

The front office is aimed at creating the most comfortable conditions for the convenience of visitors. It is a spacious hall equipped with office equipment in accordance with modern standards of public service. There are also three separate offices - for mediators, lawyers and familiarization with the materials of the case by the parties. The office is decorated in the style of high-tech in calm light colors on the "barrier - free principle of service" with a predominance of open space in order to ensure the openness and accessibility of the court. In the area of the incoming office visitor can submit documents to the court. The staff of the office meets each visitor, carefully listening to their purpose of visit, advise on the possibility of applying to a mediator or a lawyer. The designs of the cabinets are finely thought out: transparent glass with spraying in the center, bright lighting.

It will provide services to professional mediators, duty lawyer in the framework of the Memorandum between the court of Shymkent and the Bar Association.
