Disqualification from driving for 3 years

Specialized administrative court of Kokshetau city considered administrative proceedings against the deputy chief of Kokshetau Technical Institute MES RK, committed administrative offenses provided for by Part 1 and Part 4 of Article 471 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offences.

The court found that on June 29 of 2014 about 00 hours 30 minutes citizen P. of Kokshetau city, operating a car in violation of traffic rules, failed to comply with a legal requirement of law enforcement officers to stop the vehicle. After that, he was stopped by traffic police battalion police Internal Affairs Department of Akmola region. When they reached the regional rehabilitation centers citizen P. failed to comply with a legal requirement for employees TPBB passage in accordance with established procedures, the survey on the state of intoxication.

By court ruling P. citizen was convicted of administrative offenses provided for in paragraphs 1 and 4 of Article 471 of Administrative Offences Code and subjected to an administrative penalty in the form of disqualification from driving for a period of three years.
