The delegation of Kazakhstan judges on a working visit was in Hamburg (Germany)

Judges of the Supreme Court of Kazakhstan Ulbosyn Suleimenova, Gulzhan Almagambetova, Nyrzhan Kayypzhan and Duysen Tumabekov, members of the working group on development of a practical guide "Preparation of civil cases for trial", visited in December 18-23 this year working visit in Hamburg (Germany).

The trip made with the assistance of the German Society for International Cooperation.

In the handbook will be considered different categories of civil cases with an indication of the indicative list of documents required to be submitted to the court by the parties, the court proceedings in the preparation of cases for trial, and laws to be followed, and others.

At the working sessions at the University in city Vismar judges and university lecturers spoke about the constitutional and legal basis, forms of court decisions in various countries, the requirements for the content and rationale of the judgment, the concept of the base requirements, interpretative signs circumstances. They also discussed the decision with the unclear situation with the circumstances of the case, when the law conflicts with the estimated legal categories, in the presence of gaps in the law, and the further formation of law through judicial practice.

Kazakh and German colleagues also examined the general issues of contract law, the rights of credit, bankruptcy law, property rights to housing, the right to transfer state orders, spoke about the need for further fruitful and continuing cooperation.
