Enbekshilder district court of Akmola region announced a sentence against the citizen of the Russian Federation Tabanbayev Zhanibek who illegally got into premises of office of JSC Kazpost and stole from the safe money in the sum of 2 502 836 tenge.
During preliminary investigation the part of money was succeeded to return to office of mail.
Tabanbayev Zh. is found guilty of commission of crime, the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan provided by article 175 part 3 p. “b” and imposed the punishment in the form of imprisonment for a period of 3 years of 6 months with serving of punishment in penitentiary settlement of general regime, with confiscation of property. In favor of JSC Kazpost the rest of the sum, 806 486 tenge is collected from the convicted Tabanbayev Zh.
The sentence didn't enter into force.
