The book «Classification of crime» of the judge of the Supreme Court RK Zhukenov A.T. appeared

In May 2014 the book «Classification of crime» appeared, whose author is the judge of the Supreme Court RK Zhukenov Abdrashid Tolegenovich.

This publication is dedicated to some issues of crime classification taking into account the existing judicial practice on criminal cases in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The objective of the publication is explanation of a mechanism of a correct application of the criminal law during the crime classification.

The legal community may use the book as a method book.

The publication was prepared as of 1 January 2014 of the legislation RK.
