In Atyrau was conducted "a round table" with participation of judges and lawyers of region

At the initiative of Training center of Atyrau regional court was conducted "the round table" on: "The main conditions of implementation of powers of the investigative judge, an order and features of consideration of civil and criminal cases with participation of the lawyer".

Judges of regional court and lawyers took part in action.

The main objective of the investigative judge is protection of constitutional and citizen’s legal interests in pre-trial proceedings, enforcement constitutional civil rights and liberties

In his speech the chairman of appellate criminal judicial board of regional court K. Nuryshev noted: "Observance of the persons’ rights involved in criminal legal proceedings is controlled by the judge, since the first day of registration of a statement. It guarantees protection of citizens’ rights and largely disciplines criminal prosecution bodies. Therefore, the appearance of a new figure in criminal trial in the person of the investigative judge is a huge step to realization of the basic principles of protection of the citizen enshrined in the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

The chairman of Atyrau Bar A. Umarova on behalf of colleagues wished progress in administration of justice to all judiciary of Atyrau region and noted that this meeting is the beginning of positive and creative work of judicial community and Bar.
