Kapchagai city court considered the criminal case against S.Kim, who committed fraud on a large scale.
The court established that S.Kim periodically hired in car rental cars brands «Lexus-470», «Hyundai Accent», «Chevrolet Tracker» and «Toyota Camry-40", and passing them off as his own, put on bail his friend and having gained his trust received a total sum of cash 6,040,100 tenge, which he later lost to the casino.
Uralsk city court of West Kazakhstan region pronounced the verdict against the former head of the customs post "Aksai" of the Department of State Revenue M.Sataev.
M.Sataev being office holder, committed the crime of corruption. He received funds in the amount of 925 000 tenge as a bribe for the overall protection and smooth customs clearance of goods declarations.
