Defendant had previous convicted for theft and fraud, in the period from 30th of April to 28th of May of 2015 has repeatedly committed theft of funds and jewelry from pensioners flats. By false pretences, she illegally penetrated into flats, introducing herself as a bank officer, a social worker or JSC "Kazpost" representative
