In solving this problem, the personality of the judge, his professional and moral qualities play a large role.

Opening the event acting chairman of the regional court Bakhyt Kaseinov stressed that the purpose of the seminar is to provide practical assistance to young judges, give recommendations on existing issues, exchange opinions.
The chairman of the Pavlodar regional court Mukhtar Smagulov held a meeting in the Specialized Inter-regional Economic Court with young judges whose work experience is from one to three years.
The chairman of the Atyrau regional court, Margulan Bekturganov met with the young judges of the region, who worked in courts for less than two years. The mentors of young judges and curators are also invited to the meeting.
There are 32 young judges in the region, 23 of them have worked for less than two years.
