There was a seminar-training for young judges in the North-Kazakhstan regional court

The judges of the regional court-members of the Council of Mentors and judges, who had worked for up to 2 years-took part in the event.

Opening the event acting chairman of the regional court Bakhyt Kaseinov stressed that the purpose of the seminar is to provide practical assistance to young judges, give recommendations on existing issues, exchange opinions.

B.Kaseinov paid special attention to the tasks set by the Head of State at the VII Congress of Judges and in the Address to the people of Kazakhstan.

Judge of the regional court, the chairman of the regional branch of the commission on judicial ethics, Yulia Ivanova, spoke about the moral principles of the judicial profession, focused on the main provisions of the new Code of Ethics for judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Judges of the Petropavlovsk City Court Saule Litfullina and Court No. 2 of Petropavlovsk Irina Yesirkepova made presentations on: "Application of international treaties ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan. Drawing up of judicial acts using the norms of international legislation ".

In the course of the seminar, the Council of Mentors summarized the work on reviewing judicial acts issued by newly appointed judges in December 2016 and January 2017. Also, video sessions of court hearings held under the chairmanship of young judges were held and discussion of the correctness of the process. The more experienced judges expressed their comments and wishes on the conduct of the process.

The attention of young judges was accentuated by strict observance of the norms of judicial ethics and constant improvement of professional skills.
