Pavlodar Regional Court held a role-training seminar for young judges

The purpose of this event is the implementation of one of the priority areas identified by the Head of State in the Message to the people of Kazakhstan "The Third Modernization of Kazakhstan: Global Competitiveness" - the increase of confidence in the judicial system. In solving this problem, the personality of the judge, his professional and moral qualities play a large role.

During the role trial, special attention was paid to the issues of mastery of the process, the procedure for bringing persons to administrative responsibility for contempt of court, observance of the rules of conduct by the participants in the process was demonstrated.

The chairman of the regional court Mukhtar Smagulov speaking noted that judges should develop in themselves such personal qualities as modesty, discretion, erudition, a high level of culture, humanity. All this contributes to the qualitative performance of judicial duties, the resolution of each case in accordance with the law. The attention of young judges was emphasized to the need to take measures to reconcile the disputing parties.

Based on the results of the event they discussed mistakes made by the participants of the training, they recommended to young judges to observe the requirements for appearance, to strive for the production of competent, motivated judicial acts, to organize the trial correctly, to pay attention to constant self-improvement, self-study, study of the current legislation in order to prevent violation of the law.
