Borodulikha District Court of East Kazakhstan region subjected R. to a fine in the amount of 226,900 tenge.

R. brought to justice for possession of products containing information and materials aimed at propaganda and incitement to religious hatred.

The Court found that R. kept with him the book recognized by the court extremist information material prohibited for import, production and distribution in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Today, at the Supreme Court there was a round table on: "Actual matters of application of the legislation on administrative offenses".

In June 2016 at the central mosque of Atyrau "Imangali" Mr. T. prevented the imam and other parishioners to read the prayer, thereby disrupting the prayer.

According to the internal rules and regulations of the mosque, visitors of the mosque are obliged to follow the rules and prescribed standards during a prayer. Creating conflicts in the mosque, creating obstruction at the time of prayer are considered violations of rules.

Arshaly District Court of the Akmolinsk region over the past six months considered 61 administrative cases against the offenders for committing an administrative offense stipulated by Article 608 part 1 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offences (Driving a vehicle driver in a state of alcoholic, narcotic, and (or) toxic intoxication) .

According to the medical examination conclusion, the offenders were in a state of mild alcohol or drugs intoxication.

Specialized administrative court of Kostanay considered the administrative case against a citizen D. under the part 8 of Article 207 of the Administrative Code (violation of legislation on public procurement).
