The court in the East Kazakhstan region has fined the culprit in keeping the book recognized extremist

Borodulikha District Court of East Kazakhstan region subjected R. to a fine in the amount of 226,900 tenge.

R. brought to justice for possession of products containing information and materials aimed at propaganda and incitement to religious hatred.

The Court found that R. kept with him the book recognized by the court extremist information material prohibited for import, production and distribution in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The court, recognizing R. guilty in committing of an administrative offense, in addition to a fine and confiscation of the book.

Decision has not entered into legal force.
