There has been opening of a memorial plaque in honor of the veteran of the Great Patriotic War in Kostanay

Today in anticipation of celebration of the 70 anniversary of the Victory at the initiative of the management of regional court and Kostanay branch of "The union of judges of RK" there has been ceremonial opening of the memorial plaque devoted to memory of the veteran of the GPW and judicial system of the republic, the honored lawyer of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the honourable citizen of Kostanay city Bugaev Ivan Mikhaylovich. The opening ceremony was in Kostanay city on 69 Tolstoy Street where the veteran lived forty years.

Representatives of the judiciary of the region took part in action. Besides, the chairman of regional Council of Veterans K. Ukin, veterans of judicial system, the widows of war participants and home front workers were invited.

With welcome speech the chairman of Kostanay regional court G. Myrzake spoke who thanked all attendees for participation and told about I. Bugaev.

Twenty years Ivan Mikhaylovich worked as the chairman of Kustanay city court. Then he based on pension and headed thirteen years lawyer office "Jurist". Last years of his life he worked at Kostanay social and technical university. During lifetime he was held in high estimation colleagues, possessed surprising energy and will power

Also judges in resignation with length of service more than thirty years in judicial system Kobtsev A.G. and Dzharmukhamedov T.S. spoke at a ceremonial opening. They told about work, professional and human qualities of I. Bugaev.

Further the chairman of regional court G. Myrzake and the widow I. Bugaeva opened the memorial plaque. She warmly thanked regional court for opening of a memorial plaque. The ceremony was finished by flower-laying.
