At the reception to the Chairman of the Atyrau regional court Margulan Bekturganov in the center of reconciliation and law enforcement service came three citizens.

M. Bekturganov answered all the questions in detail, explained the legal mechanisms for protecting the legitimate rights and interests of citizens. He noted the focus of the center to provide qualified legal, psychological, mediation assistance, reducing conflict in society.
This practice of personal reception makes it possible to quickly solve the problems of citizens.

The chairman of the Zhambyl regional court Rustem Myrzakarim held a reception of residents of Baizak and Zhambyl districts.
The locals were very active. The meeting was attended by many residents of districts and nearby settlements. Appeals related to the implementation of civil rights to judicial protection of legitimate interests, in particular, the performance of contractual obligations, loans, family and marriage relations, challenging the actions (inaction) of state bodies.
R. Myrzakarim gave an exhaustive answer to each question with an explanation of the current legislation. It was noted that the necessary requests had been made for problematic situations.
People addressed not with complaints, but in hope to receive the real help and many it was succeeded. The reception was also attended by local biys and mediators.
In order to provide legal assistance to the population, improve legal culture, increase the level of trust of citizens in the judicial system, R. Myrzakarim regularly holds receptions of citizens in the districts.
