The parties came to an amicable agreement

Today in the court of Aktobe was entered into an amicable agreement on a civil case on the claim Kakimbetovoya E. to Navasardzen A. to recover the debt.

At the hearing, it was found that the defendant Navasardzen A. received a sum of money from the plaintiff in the amount of 100 000 thousand tenge and pledged to return them no later than July 15, 2014, as was written receipt.

However, despite the expiry of the period set by receipted defendant failed to fulfill its obligations to the plaintiff, in connection with which the plaintiff was forced to go to court.

During the trial, the parties came to an amicable agreement on the following conditions: еhe defendant admitted the above debt and pledged to repay the debt in September 2014, and the plaintiff waived claims. 

The court ruling did not come into force.
