Zharminsk district court of Akmolinsk region considered a criminal case against a citizen A.Baybol.
The court established that A.Baybol, being a person deprived of the right to drive vehicles, drunk driving a motor vehicle, drove into oncoming traffic, made a hit a pedestrian and left the scene. The pedestrian died at the scene of road traffic accident.
Atyrau city court No. 2 considered a criminal case against a citizen E.Strunyasheva. She is accused of fraud.
In April, 2015 in the OIA of Atyrau city had been received legal claims from 25 residences of the Atyrausky region. During 2014-2015 each of them transferred to E.Strunyasheva by 50 thousand tenge, for re-registration in their favor of land plots.
Today, in the metropolitan court had announced the verdict against Umiryaev M., ex vice-minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the accused upon acceptance of a bribe of 100 thousand dollars.
As stated earlier, a former vice-minister was arrested on December 21, 2013 by employees of financial police upon acceptance a bribe from a businessman in a particularly large amount.
