In Atyrau citizen is convicted for fraud

Atyrau city court No. 2 considered a criminal case against a citizen E.Strunyasheva. She is accused of fraud.

In April, 2015 in the OIA of Atyrau city had been received legal claims from 25 residences of the Atyrausky region. During 2014-2015 each of them transferred to E.Strunyasheva by 50 thousand tenge, for re-registration in their favor of land plots.

The defendant offered to buy complainants summer cottage of ten acres in one of the distant micro districts of Atyrau city. Some of complainants E.Strunyasheva registered cash receipts on getting money of horticultural association "Designer A.", where she worked as chairman’s assistant.

In court, the defendant in accusation presented admitted partial guilt. She confirmed that showed complainants one and the same land plot.

The first instance court found E.Strunyasheva guilty of committing of offenses stipulated by clause 2 p. 2 Article 190 of the Criminal Code RK (fraud). She was imposed a punishment in the form of restriction of liberty for a period up to 4 years, with confiscation of property. She set probationary control at 4 years of involvement in compulsory labor in the places determined by the local executive bodies of 60 hours. In addition, convicted person shall be paid citizens the amount of caused damage.

The court verdict has not entered into legal force.
