Chairman of Akmola Regional Court D. Amirov explained changes in criminal procedural legislation to journalists

Doszhan Amirov informed the media about the implementation of the judicial system of the Plan of the Nation, changes in the judicial process and reform of the criminal process.

Explaining the forthcoming changes in the criminal procedural legislation, the chairman of the regional court spoke about increasing the competititve nature of the criminal process, strengthening the role of lawyers in criminal cases, expanding the powers of investigating judges, the procedure for conducting secret investigative actions and writ proceedings.

Tselinograd district court of Akmola region is determined by the pilot court for monitoring

Within the framework of cooperation with the "Platform for the rule of law the European Union - Central Asia" from September 26 till October 7 of the current year carried out the mission "Analysis of a pilot court in Kazakhstan". This mission takes place in Tselinograd district court of Akmola region.

In the course of the mission will be held monitoring the District Court activities, namely, analysis of court activities, identify good practices and develop recommendations to ensure the effective functioning of the court.

The Court imposed a punishment persons in the form of imprisonment for a term of 11 and 10 years for deliberate bankruptcy

Specialized inter-district criminal court of Akmola region considered the criminal case against the director of LLP "M", RSE specialist bankruptcy trustee and the bankruptcy trustee assistant.

The Court established that a citizen O., being the director of LLP "M", the head of LLP "C", and other enterprises to enter into contracts with different joint-stock companies to obtain a large amount of cash. These funds he used for personal purposes, hasn’t paid on contracts.

In Akmola region the court restored the employee to the same position and partially collected from the employer compensation for moral damage

In Burabay district court of Akmola region has addressed a claim to the PA Housing department to abolish illegal orders, reinstatement, payment of wages during his forced absence and non-pecuniary damage.

P. worked as a chief accountant in the housing department. By the orders of the utilities manager in December 2015 and in February 2016 P. was assigned to disciplinary sanctions in the form of a severe reprimand.
